Printing the design on PET film: 5-10 minutes, depend on the design's size and printing method.
Applying adhesive powder and curing process in a powder shaking machine: 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the design with the heat press machine: hot peel PET DTF transfer film: 15-25 seconds, cold peel DTF transfer PET film: 4-10 seconds
post-pressing for better washability(if it needed): 10-15 seconds.
So, you can expect the whole process to take around half an hour to 45 minutes. With some practice, and our tech support you can streamline the workflow to make it even faster.
What are the maintenance requirements for DTF printers
Clean the waste ink tank regularly, check if any bobbles exists in ink tube, turn on the auto cleaning fucntion to maintance the printheads automatically.
