2. Immature DTF printing solution
Most of the DTF printer operators use the DTF printing solutions from their sellers, and it happened sometimes that the DTF printer manufacturer do not process enough tests on their dtf printing solutions until it become a mature one. Do check the manufacturer’s profile before the purchase decision.
3. DTF inks and printheads
If the printheads clog or malfunction, the print out probably distortion and on the countrary, DTF inks also cause the printheads malfunction, when the troubles occurs, contact your dtf printer manufacturer immediately and let them help you locate the default. Printheads are precise equipment, follow the technician’s guide, most probelems can be solved within few hours.
DTF inks(both white ink and cmyk ink) should be store in the place where light and sunshine can not reach, especially the WHITE INK. It’s composition of titanium oxide had a higher possibility to sink which may cause the higher ink density and poor ink rheology. When you apply these poor- rehelogy ink to your DTF printer, you probably found the intermittment lines or light color tones print tests.
